Our Chips are thicker than regular potato chips, crispy and fried only in olive oil and sunflower seed oil. Their particular thickness makes them less prone to absorbing oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas or in salads. Prepared with our pesto powder, a freeze-dried seasoning that maintains all the flavor of fresh ingredients, with no alterations in taste or color compared to the classic recipe.
