Our freeze-dried Pesto powder: a new texture for the famous Italian sauce that preserves the flavour and freshness of all the ingredients of the traditional recipe. The classic Pesto is transformed into a very tasty spice, ideal for flavouring, in addition to pasta, mozzarella and burrata, salads, pizza, focaccia, fresh cheeses, soups, vegetables, and fish. Excellent in sandwiches or on finger food. Our pesto is not cooked and therefore maintains the characteristics of the fresh product (colour and flavour) unchanged, without oxidation or alterations in taste.
