MUSTARD, HONEY, AND WHITE TRUFFLE CHIPS 45g

Our Chips are thicker than normal potato chips, crispy and fried only in olive oil and sunflower oil. Their particular thickness makes them less prone to absorbing oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas or in salads. The mustard, honey and White Truffle seasoning is prepared in-house by Tartuflanghe and is freeze-dried, maintaining the unaltered flavour of the fresh raw ingredients.
