MUSTARD, HONEY AND WHITE TRUFFLE CHIPS 100g

Our Chips are thicker than regular potato chips, crispy, and fried only in olive oil and sunflower oil. Their particular thickness makes them less prone to absorbing oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas or in salads. The seasoning with mustard, honey, and White Truffle is prepared in-house by Tartuflanghe and is freeze-dried, maintaining the unaltered flavor of the fresh ingredients.
